Our Logo

The logo resembles the leister spear, a traditional harpoon with a detachable head used during the salmon migration season. Brandon felt this tool not only forms the shape of a "Y" but also connects deeply to his ancestral name, Yatalten, meaning "works well with tools." Just as the leister spear was a vital tool for providing food and sustenance to the village, his goal with Yatalten Consulting is to create meaningful partnerships that bring employment, training, and opportunities to Indigenous communities. By using his skills and connections as tools, he aims to build pathways that support economic growth and cultural empowerment, ensuring that our people thrive—much like our ancestors who relied on their tools to sustain their way of life.
